Guestit is a tech enabled full-service home rentals management company in the proptech category, offering dynamic pricing expertise, thoughtful interior design and hotel-style operations for homes. 

SSE Business Lab, the premium business incubator in Sthlm, recognized our industry leadership by giving us a seat in September 2017, and since then we have reached many milestones, including 3 MSEK in revenue in June 2019. 

We have scaled rapidly in just one year to become the Nordic leader with an international team based in Stockholm.

What can you expect? 

We are searching for an enthusiastic Operations Intern! If you are highly organised and all things operations, logistics and scheduling are your thing, then this is the role for you! Operations are the life-blood of Guestit and our ops team coordinate our fleet of housekeepers, drivers, concierge team and rescue runners. Providing a 5* quality service to our guests and hosts, in this role you will be responsible for ensuring our day to day operations runs without a hitch. Any hiccups that do happen you will be part of the team there to save the day!

  • To be trusted implicitly with hosts’ most-prized possession: their home!
  • Coordinating Housekeepers, concierge staff and maintenance - no day is ever the same at Guestit and it is our job to solve all those unexpected issues when they arise to ensure that our guests have a flawless stay.
  • To help the frontline team in the day-to-day, being their eyes in the office, managing the schedule and, assisting them with their troubleshooting.
  • To put your slick social skills to use daily, liaising between multiple teams across the business and, of course, our external partners and suppliers.
  • To work full-time, we work 7 days a week which means some weekends and bank holidays. Alas, it can’t all be fun and games (but we do have plenty of those, too!)

Who are you?

  • A travel enthusiast, obviously, but you also eat and drink where the locals do
  • You truly get Airbnb (for hosts and for guests), and you’ll get extra points if you’ve previously worked in the hospitality industry
  • The best time-manager in the West. You love logistics and problem solving, ideally with some experience in scheduling team members
  • You really, really love organising. No, really. Google calendars are your thing and your email inbox is flagged, starred and filed to perfection
  • You've got a keen eye for detail - and you'll prove it to us by mentioning your favourite holiday location in your application to us. This is a little test we use to make sure you're not applying to every job in sight
  • This is an Internship with the possibility to go permanent!
